Once you signed up to the trial membership you have 3 days of unlimited access to the content available on the website. If you do not cancel your membership prior to the end of the trial period your account is automatically upgraded to the monthly membership.

You can also access the “My Account” section using the email address you provided when you registered and the password you received. If you can’t find these details, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance!
If on your bank statement you see several direct debits of the same amount for the same product on almost the same date every month or every few months, this is a tacit renewal of your subscription.
Firstly, please check whether any of your friends or family members have used your card or have access to your personal information. If you suspect that your card has been used fraudulently, for example through theft, please contact our Customer Services team who will advise you on what to do next.
Once we have processed your refund, your credit card company will credit your account. The time taken may vary depending on the bank. It can take between 10 and 20 working days. Unfortunately, we are not able to control these times.
